VIVALIS ANNUNCIA DI AVER OTTENUTO UN BREVETTO IN EUROPA NEL SETTORE DELLE CELLULE STAMINALI EMBRIONALI AVIARIE RAFFORZANDO COSI IL PROPRIO PORTAFOGLIO DI PROPRIETA INTELLETTUALE

Nantes (Francia) - 5 dicembre 2007 - VIVALIS (Parigi: FR0004056851 - notizie) ha annunciato oggi che l'EPO (European Patent Office) ha concesso a VIVALIS il nuovo brevetto europeo n. EP1446004. Questo brevetto tutela, tra l'altro, il processo per ottenere delle cellule staminali embrionali aviarie modificate tramite ricombinazione omologa per esprimere delle proteine ricombinanti di interesse

Il nuovo brevetto rafforza il già solido portafoglio di brevetti della società nel campo delle staminali aviarie. This portfolio is composed of 3 exclusive world patent licences, two from North Carolina State University (USA) and one from the INRA/CNRS/ENS in Lyon (France), and 37 proprietary patents or patent applications. It is one of these patent applications that the E.P.O. has just officially granted in Europe.
