Intende fare domanda per il delisting volontario delle proprie American Depositary Shares ("ADS (AAL-A.TO - notizie) ") dal New York Stock Exchange e procedere volontariamente alla deregistration del titolo ai sensi dell'U.S. Securities Exchange Act del 1934. SCOR Holding (Switzerland) Ltd. dovrebbe depositare le relative richieste il 26 dicembre 2007. SCOR Holding (Switzerland) Ltd. is delisting in order to reduce its regulatory compliance costs following the acquisition by SCOR of more than 98% of its outstanding shares and ADS. The delisting will prove cost-effective for the Group, allowing it to further realize the synergies expected from the combination of Converium (now called SCOR Holding (Switzerland) Ltd.) and SCOR.
